Rohit Shetty Making Singham 3 with Ajay Devgan
Good news for the fans and admirers of Singham — the super cop is making a comeback! In his recent interview with the media, director Rohit Shetty confirmed that he will start shooting Singham 3 soon. The lead role will be played by none other than the original Singham star, Ajay Devgan. The last installment of the action-filled cop drama Singham Returns was way back in 2014. Hence, the wait has been long for fans of the popular franchise.
In his interview, Shetty said that the film will go on floors next year. This time it is going to be a massive film and a great experience for the viewers. Another confirmation also came from Devgan. In a recent rapid-fire session on his social media handle, he was asked whether he would prefer to do a remake or sequel. Devgan chose a sequel and raised three fingers with the music of Singham in the background. It was indeed a positive signal and a moment of great jubilation for his followers.
Devgan is also bringing back another loved character. His crime movie Raid is set for a sequel as well, as was confirmed by Bhushan Kumar. Viewers are also eager about this project. Devgan was recently seen in the lead role of the film Runway 34, along with an ensemble cast including Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh. His web series Rudra: The Edge of Darkness has also been highly acclaimed.
