NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: If you have some technical inclination, we will teach you the rest. All we look for is a desire to learn.

POSITIONS: We are looking for factory workers for light assembly, machine operators (we teach how to operate), Quality Inspectors, shipping assistant, janitorial and engineers and IT people tool!

PAY: Depending on the job title, the factory pay is from $15 to $20/hour, plus fully paid medical, dental and life insurance. 12.5% match for 401K, 3 weeks of vacation and many other benefits. For engineering and IT jobs, we pay competitive market wages.

JOB SECURITY: We have been in business for 178 years. Company has zero debt. During Corona’s slow down, when sales went down 50%. we did not lay off a single person. Instead, we gave all employees a ‘corona bonus: You can count on retiring from our company.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: Once you express your interest, we will talk to you by zoom video. If there is interest from both sides, we will fly you for an interview to the Tampa Bay area (Our factory is in St. Petersburg) We will pay for travel, meals, hotel and car rental. If you bring your spouse for the visit, we will pay for an additional air ticket.

IF WE HIRE YOU: We will pay up to $2,500 for relocation expenses. To help you settle down in the Tampa Bay area, we will give you a company-apartment for two months and a company car for one month.

LIFE IN FLORIDA: It is sunny every day. Our plant is only 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches. The plant itself is located on the intercostal waters. It never snows in the Tampa Bay area. The winters are like winters in Bombay, cool but pleasant. Summers do not get hot. Tampa Bay has not seen a summer temperature over 99 degrees in one hundred years. Cost of living is 20% less than in the northeast. The last hurricane completely skipped the Tampa Bay area there was no damage to any homes or businesses. The last time a hurricane hit this area was 123 years ago. There are beautiful beaches, palm trees, amusement parks and good weather year round. Life in the Tampa Bay area is like being in paradise.
