Both Kartik Aaryan and Tara Sutaria have made quite a name for themselves in the industry in a very limited period of time. Their popularity, individually, is nothing short of mind-boggling. Kartik has done some iconic roles in the past and has quite a few projects lined up for the coming year. Anu Malik responds to allegations of sexual misconduct; says it left his family traumatized and tarnished his career
During the MeToo movement, music composer Anu Malik was accused of sexual misconduct. Singers Sona Mohapatra and Shweta Pandit were among the women who spoke out against Malik’s conduct. When recently Malik was reinstated aggrieved women, whose number has now amplified to include voices like Neha Bhasin, spoke out strongly against Sony Entertainment’s decision to reinstate Malik.
While Anu Malik has maintained his silence over the matter all this time, the musician now took to Twitter to post an elaborate statement stating his point of view on the matter. Anu Malik in his post said that he was waiting for the truth to surface on its own. But he realised that his silence on the matter has been misconstrued as his weakness.
— Anu Malik (@The_AnuMalik) November 14, 2019
“Ever since the false and unverified allegations were levelled against me, it has not only ruined my reputation, but affected me and my family’s mental health left us traumatized and tarnished my career. I feel helpless like I am being cornered and suffocated,” he wrote.
He said that the allegations only surface whenever he is on telelvision. “It’s disgraceful that at this age, at this stage in my life I have to watch the most slanderous words and horrifying incidents being associated with my name. Why wasn’t this spoken about before? Why do these allegations resurface only when I am back on television, which is currently my only source of livelihood?
Being a father of two daughters, I can’t imagine committing the acts that I am accused of, let alone do it,” he further wrote.
Anu Malik said that if this keeps continuing, he will fight it in court. “Fighting a battle on social media is an endless process, at the end of which nobody wins. If this keeps on continuing, I will have no option but to knock on the doors of the courts to safeguard myself,” he said.
“I don’t know how much more slander and dirt my family and I can take. The show must go on. But behind this happy face. I am in pain. I am in a dark space. And justice is all I want,” he concluded.
Bigg Boss 13: Rashami Desai confesses that she likes Arhaan Khan, talks about her marriage
When it’s Bigg Boss, you never know when the plot changes. Bigg Boss 13 participant Rashami Desai has been making news for reasons more than one. We first heard she and her rumoured boyfriend Arhaan Khan were going to tie the knot in the show, which hasn’t happened, at least yet. Just a few weeks back, Arhaan cleared the air about his speculated romance with Rashami, saying he’d like her only as a friend.
Last night’s episode, however, doesn’t suggest so. Rashami was heard confessing to Paras Chhabra that she indeed liked Arhaan a lot, but she didn’t know where was her and Arhaan’s friendship heading. She also revealed that she was planning to get married and settle down next year.
While Arhaan entered the show much latter with an wild card entry, Rashami’s rekindled friendship with rumoured ex boyfriend Siddharth Shukla also raised a lot of eyebrows and we wondered whether something was cooking there.
Arhaan and Rashami’s proximity, however, is quite noticeable since in the last episode, in the open garden area, she was even seen nibbling his ears, something that he laughed off.
Looks like a new romantic plot is cooking up there!

Ideally, he should have been signed by prominent filmmakers immediately but that didn’t happen. 2 years later, he did sign a film by famous director Subhash Ghai, Kaanchi, but it tanked. So did Luv Ranjan’s Akaash Vaani. He finally tasted success again with Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2. It collected Rs. 64.10 crores, which was a feat in 2015. Yet, he still didn’t get into the big league. He is sure that filmmakers won’t have issues paying him the said amount since they know that his presence adds a lot to a movie.”
