Ankita Lokhande Marries Vicky Jain
Finally, the wedding bells rang for Ankita Lokhande. She married her longtime boyfriend Vicky Jain at a gorgeous traditional ceremony in Mumbai. Both the bride and groom looked amazing in their wedding dresses. They uploaded pictures of their wedding, which was hugely appreciated and blessed by their fans and well-wishers. Ankita looked lovely and pristine in a gold-embroidered, ivory-colored lehenga designed by the ace designer Manish Malhotra. It was his special bridal collection, ‘Nooraniyat’, hand-embroidered with gold crystal beads and antique zardosi artwork.
Groom Vicky Jain was also dressed in Manish Malhotra attire. His beige sherwani was also from the ‘Nooraniyat’ collection with delicate zardosi work, with matching ivory dhoti and custom-made shoes from the designer. They were a perfectly matched couple and got married in a beautifully decorated royal venue created at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Mumbai. They celebrated pre-marriage ceremonies like Mehndi, Haldi, and Sangeet with great enthusiasm. Festivities were celebrated with family members and close friends. Ankita’s Manikarnika co-star Kangana Ranaut attended the Sangeet ceremony. The groom came to the marriage in a vintage car.
Ankita made her television debut in the serial Pavitra Rishta in 2009. She portrayed the role of Archana in the serial. She is currently playing the same role in the sequel to Pavitra Rishta. She was featured in the blockbuster film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi as Jhalkari Bai; and she will be seen in Baaghi 3. Her best boyfriend of more than 3 years has now begun the journey of married life. Just after the marriage, Ankita’s birthday was celebrated at an intimate surprise party by her husband Vicky, who wished her ‘happy birthday’, tenderly calling her ‘Mrs. Jain’.
