IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
1. Economic Aid Act stimulus for small businesses when your refinance or finance new business acquisition.
• SBA Guaranty Fee waived.
• First 3 months of payments are paid by SBA (up to 9,000/ month)
2. Conditions
• SBA is now stating that loans that are closed between 2/1/21 and 9/30/21 will now get only3 months of $9000 capped per month towards principle & Interest payments.
• Appropriations are limited and expected to lapse prior to 9/30/2021.
