Hina Khan Embarks on First Digital Debut with Damaged 2
The much-awaited teaser of Damaged 2 is out. The Hungama based web-series starring Hina Khan and Adhyanyan Suman, released on January 14, 2020. Directed by Ekant Babani, this web series is Hina Khan’s first digital project. Hina Khan’s latest music video titled “Raanjhana” with her close friend Priyank Sharma is already trending on YouTube. The former Big Boss contestant Hina Khan took to Instagram to share the poster and teaser of the upcoming season, which was captioned, “A glimpse of Damaged Season 2. Season premieres 14th Jan 2020 on hungama_play.”
The Hungama Play’s original show – Damaged 2 – is a psychological crime drama, set to unravel the mystery of a little girl going missing at the guest house. Hina plays the role of Gauri Batra, a shrouded character who smokes to relive her senses. Though Hina is asthmatic and a non-smoker, she took up smoking for a few scenes to play the role perfectly. The director was constantly concerned about her health during the shoot. He remarked that Hina playing a smoker makes her a thorough perfectionist, although she doesn’t support smoking. This outstanding actor leaves no stones unturned to bring authenticity to the character.
