Despite Govinda’s desperate attempts to generate buzz about his comeback film, Aa Gaya Hero, the movie’s performance has been dismal at the box office. The movie collected less than 0.01 billion in the first week. The movie collected 2.2 million on Friday, 2 million on Saturday and 2.8 million on Sunday to tally at a total of 7 million. The movie will not even recover its production cost.

Shanshank Khaitan’s Badrinath Ki Dulhania demolished all the latest releases at the box office. With Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt as the lead pair, the movie is so well liked that its second weekend collection has superseded the cumulative collections of first weekend of four movies released, including Hollywood film Beauty and the Beast. The movie is touted to resonate with almost every section of the society. It may well be the biggest blockbuster of the year.

Sanjay Dutt continues filming despite injury

Presently, Sanjay Dutt is filming for his comeback film, Bhoomi. While shooting an action sequence, he fell on the ground and consequently suffered pain in his ribs. However, he continued to shoot after taking painkillers, but had to go the hospital at the end of day with unbearable pain. He was diagnosed with a hairline fracture.

The 74-year-old veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan was spotted wearing a neck brace at the funeral ceremony of his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father on March 18. When asked about it, he stated it was strain that has come about because of the stunts he pulled for his movies in his younger days. He admitted of being extremely uncomfortable, finding it impossible to sleep, sit, stand or rest in any position.

Following SRK’s footsteps, Emraan Hashmi consents to play the role of a dwarf

Earlier Aanand L Rai had announced a film in which Shah Rukh Khan would play the role of a dwarf. Now another film is being announced in which Emraan Hashmi too will play the role of a midget. However, while SRK will play a positive role, Emraan Hashmi will be seen in a negative role. The movie will be directed by Mohit Suri, and the story is by Milap Milan Zaveri.
